On June 24, 2024, Ms. Airin Shwan, a lecturer of the PreAcademic Program (PAP), delivered a seminar entitled “Fostering Students’ Motivation and Engagement: The Vital Role of Teachers.” The seminar emphasized the critical influence of students' motivation on the teaching process and examined the role of teachers in enhancing students' intrinsic motivation, as well as strategies for engaging unmotivated students in the classroom.
